Pipeline Magic · four weeks

Your stack, your team,
your system.

Four weeks. I build it with your people rather than for them, inside the tools you already run — so at the end you have a working pipeline and two people who can extend it, not a dependency on me.

This is not software I deliver. It is tooling your team builds — with me next to them.

Everything is built inside the stack you already have. Nothing new to buy, nothing to migrate, no data-entry project first. Your people do the building, which is why the capability stays with them afterwards — not with me, and not inside a vendor contract.

Two clients at a time, because the third one is where the quality goes.

The plan

Four weeks, and you send something real in week three

Not four weeks of setup followed by a launch. Each week ends with something your team can see working on their own data.

  1. Week 01

    Foundations

Your ICPs, your plays, your tone of voice. Sources connected — inbox, calendar, CRM, billing. We agree what a good opportunity actually looks like for your business, which is the thing that makes every ranking after it defensible.

  2. Week 02

    The sweep

Your real book, swept and scored — calibrated against people you already know, so your team watches it work on data they can check rather than a demo dataset. This is the week the room goes quiet.

  3. Week 03

    The work

The ranked board, drafts in your voice, and the review flow your team will actually use. First real sends go out this week, with you approving them — not a pilot, the actual job.

  4. Week 04

    Handover

Your team runs a full cycle on their own while I watch and say nothing. Then the process is written down, so the capability stays with them when I leave.

Need it slower around your calendar? Fine. Want it compressed into two? Also fine — say so on the call.

Fit

Worth a call if

  • You have a real book — hundreds of past customers, live accounts, a CRM nobody trusts — and no time to work it yourself.
  • Someone in your business owns revenue and is drowning, and another hire is the wrong answer to it.
  • You'd rather your team came out of this able to run it than dependent on someone who isn't in the building.

Probably not if

  • You want to run it yourself from the start. The product at $20 a seat is the right thing, and this would be you paying for company.
  • You need it next week. Two clients at a time is a real cap, not a scarcity tactic.
  • The scope you have in mind is “fix our sales”. That is a hire, and it's a different conversation.
The offer
€9,000net, plus VAT · fixed price
  • Four weeks building alongside your team, inside the stack you already run
  • Every source connected and verified — inbox, calendar, CRM, billing
  • Your plays and scoring calibrated against your real book, not a template
  • Drafts in your voice, and the review flow your team approves them through
  • Training, so your people can run and extend it without me
  • The process documented, so it survives someone leaving

Invoiced once you confirm, payable within 14 days. Scope is agreed in writing before any of that — what gets delivered, what you provide, and what done means.

It is a floor rather than a cage: if you want more than this — more sources, more of your team, a longer run alongside you — say so on the call and we price the difference then, rather than discovering it in week three.

Let's talk it through

Thirty minutes, and bring your actual book — the fastest way to find out whether this is worth paying for is to point it at your real data and look at what comes back. If what comes back is thin, I'll say so.
