Works with your AI assistant
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or anything else that speaks MCP, and drive the whole product from there — the same tools the in-app agent has. Not an upsell, not a higher tier.
A shared workspace
Everyone on the team works one opportunity store, with their own pipeline inside it. Budget is pooled, not walled off per person.
Every integration as it lands
New sources are part of the seat, not a separate line. Founding customers keep the launch price when the public one moves.
Invoices your accountant accepts
Proper VAT handling with the EU B2B reverse charge — the total including your country's tax is shown before you pay, and a VAT ID is optional, never a wall.
Why it's cheaper from your own assistant
You already pay for your AI.
We don't charge you twice for it.
Work you drive from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex costs us a database write instead of a model call — so it draws a fraction of what an in-app task does, out of the same allowance.
Questions
The things worth knowing before you start
- What exactly is a task?
- One unit of work the product performs for you: an agent turn that used tools, a scheduled pull, a research pass, or an action driven from your own AI assistant. Reading your worklist, editing it by hand, navigating and signing in are never metered — only work counts.
- Will I get a surprise bill?
- No. Extra usage is off unless an admin turns it on, and turning it on means choosing a monthly limit. Until then a seat costs exactly its seat price and no usage line ever appears on your invoice.
- Why is it cheaper from my own assistant?
- Because you already paid for the thinking. When you drive Customer Magic from your own assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, whatever you use — our side of the work is a database write, so it draws roughly a quarter of what an in-app task does. It isn't free, because usage we can't see is usage we can't learn from, and that's what makes the product better.
- What happens when the allowance runs out?
- New work stops. Reading, searching and editing everything you already own keeps working — we never lock you out of your own data. If you want to keep going, an admin can switch on extra usage and set a monthly limit; nothing above that limit can be charged.
- What happens after the trial?
- The trial takes no card, so nothing can ever be charged automatically. When it ends, the agent pauses and everything you captured stays readable. Subscribe whenever you're ready — it picks up right where you left off.
- Can I change seats later?
- You pick your seat count when you subscribe and can change it any time on the billing page. Buying more seats than you've invited yet is fine; reducing applies from your next invoice — never a mid-period charge, never a partial refund.
- Do you charge VAT?
- Prices are quoted net. When you subscribe, the total including your country's VAT is shown before you confirm. EU businesses that add a VAT ID are reverse-charged and pay no VAT to us — the ID is optional and can be added any time.
